The California Department of Housing and Community Development recently awarded B&A client, the City of Norwalk, California, $2,443,408 in funding for the Norwalk Accessory Dwelling Unit Program. Funding will enhance permanent local housing by providing fee waivers and grants to qualifying homeowners to build ADUs, in addition to other program benefits.
