Blended Grant Management. B&A staff help manage certain grants or certain activities within your portfolio of grant-funded projects while you continue to manage certain elements. The majority of B&A’s clients use this service model in combination with a subscription to the Blais Grant and Project Management Solutions (BGAPS) proprietary software.
